Two- Factor Authentication (2FA)
On January 6, 2025, all users of WebFile will need Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). See the Two-Factor Authentication for WebFile Overview and FAQs page for more information.
Forensic Nurse Examiners
On February 10, 2025, the new FNE WebFile will be available for forensic nurse examiners to create SAFE claims. We are asking all FNEs to create an account by March 1, 2025. You may still submit claims using existing methods.
Victim/Witness
On March 1, 2025, all Victim/Witness Advocates must use WebFile to create claims and upload documents. Click here for more information.
