USPS Processing Delays

The Virginia Virginia Victims Fund (VVF) and the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission (VWC) are actively monitoring USPS processing delays at distribution centers across Virginia.

To avoid delays, Victim-Witness Advocates and Providers are strongly encouraged to use the VVF WebFile portal to view and submit claim-related documents electronically.

Please be advised that the delivery and receipt of Commission Orders and other correspondence may take longer than usual. Customers who prefer to hand-deliver correspondence may do so at the VWC Richmond Headquarters Office, Monday - Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 PM. Please use the drop box for the Clerk's office on the left side of the lobby. In-person assistance is available by appointment only. Please email us at appointment@virginiavictimsfund.org with your name, telephone number and what type of assistance is needed. Someone from our office will contact you within two business days.
