This document was created by the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission and retrieved in December 2024. It contains a list of all violent offenses described in Va. Code Section 17.1-805(C).

If a person suffers “personal emotional injury as a direct result of being the subject of a violent felony offense as defined in subsection C of § 17.1-805…” they are considered a victim for purposes of the program. See Va. Code Section 19.2-368.2.
